That's a good question. I Duck Duck Go'd it, checked CSG and FexToolkit and found nothing.

This list was posted on the Forum in 2017. PR is almost $1,700.
Here is a more updated list - I had incorrect fees for Tennessee, Hawaii, and Vermont. This list is more neutral from a non-resident perspective - any state with retaliatory fees will ultimately vary depending on where you are a resident.

Yeah I had a lay down deal in PR once. Easy 1200 commission. Saw the non resident cost and noped out of there. I imagine someone fluent in Spanish and lives there could kill it in FE with direct mail. I would do it, pero mi Espanol is muy mal y nadie me entenderia.
