of course the more apps you get the more paperwork you get, of course, but I think you could handle it- with 10 apps. it may take up a lot of your time, but you could maybe handle it. The only people I could see being able to afford a "helper" or office assistant, are those with two or more agents in an office.

If I could consistently do 10 apps 50 weeks a year, here's how it looks:

10 app per week = $24,000 AV weekly (average)
$24,000 AV X 50 weeks = $1,200,000 annually
20% (to be conservative) = $240,000 in FYC
Assuming 80% persistency = $192,000 in gross FYC

I'm thinking I could pay someone to do my admin if it truly enabled me to consistently do 10 apps weekly. I also think these number are a little conservative, as my commissions are higher and my average case size is a little bit higher.

Is anyone currently receiving help from an admin of some type?

Here are the #'s mine at least on average

I buy 100 leads a week I figure 20% return rate so 120 total leads

Sell 1/10 so 12 sales a week

My avg sale is approximately 3600

So 43,200 a week avg
across all companies including BCBS 24%

So 10368 total FYC mult by 75% persistency over 1 year

7776.00 FYC - cost of 700.00 in leads is 7076.00 weekly multiplied by 46 weeks= 1 week off every quarter plus two weeks at christmas

325496 after expenses

As I move into more full service financial planning. To increase from there I will need executive assistant the best way to do that in atlanta is to get an executive office suite and pay for administrative help as needed on an hourly basis of 30 per hour no need to pay benefits
