I have a small group of 3, currently on BCBS in TX. Want to look at alternatives, but can't find many carriers that will take a group w/o at least 1 or 2 W-2 employees. Assurant will...but they are VERY high. Any ideas?

Probably because they are each an individual business. It's going to depend on your state's rules on how people can associate for the purchase of insurance. That's where the concept of association plans comes from.

Looks like three individual sales. You can't take advantage of organizing a certain way and then expect to have all the advantages of another form a business. That's why they're different.

In IN it is unlawful to fish in a private pond without permission. It is also a class C misdemeanor.
