My client is a 51 yr male - but has three speeding tickets in the last three years. He is self employed in the roofing business but doesn't get up on the roof as he uses others for that. Who would you go with for a 20 yr term that would not rate him for the speeding tickets.
A rating for 3 speeding tickets? He's maybe not preferred plus, maybe not preferred, but rated? What kind of companies have you been doing business with?

Preferred plus with Genworth if no reckless, no DUI, no accidents, no other health conditions.
Can't have a license revocation or suspension either (I mean, if they were reeeeally big tickets...). But, yeah, preferred plus is well within reach here.
As others have said, he can qualify for their best rating if he meets all the other qualifications. I would prep him for a slow underwriting process though. Seeing that he likes "speed", Genworth is anything but quick.
