Advanced Commissions on Anthem and Unicare

Just got the ability to offer advanced commissions on Anthem in CA, NV, CO, MO, IN, and OH.

You can go as earned for the normal commission that the carrier would offer. For example in CA Anthem if 20% commission 1st year.

IF you go as earned you get 20%, same as the carrier. If you go 12 month advance you get 18%.

OH - 14%
CA - 20%
CO - 20%
NV - 20%
IN - 14%
Mo - 11%
