Have you thought about using the telemarketer for your appointment setter or lead generator? Yes, you probably have. But it maybe a little expensive for you to operate in house for a telemarketer. Here is a solution to you - for less than 900 dollars per month (less than 5.50 per hour), you get a full time agent and a unlimited US phone line to make telemarket calls for you. You provide a marketing list, the agent makes appointment for you. Let's say the agent make 3 appointments for you per day, how much it costs per appointment? That is less than 44 dollars for 3 appointments. Generally speaking, appointments costs over 30 dollars each if you buy from someone else. This agent can be used for what ever way you desire - secretary, telemarketer, scheduler, customer service agent etc. The agent is from Philippines and speak perfect English with BS degree. You can interview the candidates before determine which one is best for you. The company offers such services are in USA and has big operation in Philippines with American supervisors there. I am a representative to this American company. Let me know if you need more information. I hope I can be any help to you all. Send me private email or message please. Thanks.

"But it maybe a little expensive"
"full time agent and a unlimited"
"Let's say the agent make 3 appointments"
"The agent is from Philippines and speak perfect English"
Please don't take this the wrong way, but why would anybody hire someone from the Philippines to do this work? With an accent and semi-broken English...Well....I'm just not sure.
Again...I'm not trying to be harsh...but wouldn't someone local be better?

I would love to provide the info. you requested for this publicly traded company. I have a dilemma. If I give you all the company website and you sign up with the company directly without me, I must be a "super smart guy" to do that. The price is the same, either goes through the company directly or me. Just like those insurance companies competting with agents for selling insurance. I do not want to introduce them business without my commission pay. I would like to have some assurance that once you like the services you see, you would go through me the business. Then I would give all the information to you.

I have talked to alot of telemarketing companies lately who use hand dialing still. That is a sign of instability, not keeping with the times. What kind of crm are they using if they are hand dialing? they need to be using a multiline dialer. It should be atleast one lead per hour if hand dialing I'd imagine, but I will let John take over this interrogation...

The predictive dialer service is in additional. About 100-150 dollars charge per month with no per minute charge. The dedicated phone line is for that agent use, whatever way. The agent is just like your contract employee so you can ask the agent to do what ever you need him or her to do.
I have my own multi-line predictive dialer so I can ask the agent from Philippine to do the dialing with my predictive dialer in USA. The dialer is also linked with Vtiger CRM. If anyone want to build his or her own multiline predictive dialer using voip, which can be done about 500 to 1000 dollars including your purchase of hardware, I maybe able to help. Let me know.

The reason for hiring an agent from Philippine is for the low cost. Here in USA, we probably have to pay 10 dollars or more per hour for an average telemarket agent. We can get one agent from Philippine for less than 5.50 dollars per hour. Philippines can speak English with almost no accent. You have to listen to notice the differece. Their English is much better than those from India, from the accent point of view. I have played the sound file of the agents to other insurance agents and they all say pretty good. I wish I can attach a sound file here!

It's a balancing act. Folks stateside can usually get more leads out of a calling list and qualify them a bit better, but they're harder to manage (read "keep them showing up"), folks overseas will work hard and take rejection a lot better, but there is an accent on even the best of callers and that can turn folks off. Both have their merit, but it also depends on what line of insurance you're selling. I have overseas callers dialing for final expense and depending on the area they can do really well. The biggest thing you want to know about the caller is how good their accent really is, an extra couple of bucks can go a long way in the quality.

Is the list used for telemraketing scrubbed for DNC. If it is wouldn't the list be used by alot of agents because once " do not call names "are removed it narrows the available names l

I'm judging from your posts that you're pretty much a genius. Yes, scrubbing against the DNC registry does narrow the amount of prospects. With respect to agents calling through it, most agents don't have the cojones to telemarket and even fewer can do it for 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.

You have the freedom to do all you want, but with the price for freedom. You do have a lot of names available who are not on DNC list.
