Agency for sale or to purchase, hiring agents

I was wondering if this would get much response. Seems like somebody is always wanting out or into our business. Also ideas on hiring, or jobs being offered may fit in. Don't forget to put city and state, as we have a large audience.

Where WOULD an agent go to find agencies for sale? I would be interested in buying smaller agencies. It sounds like a good way to grow - unless someone has reasons why it's not. I'd love to hear that too.

I'm thinking a thread just for this topic as it comes up soooo much. Here is fine, but I didn't know if there was a better way? Sure not opposed.

Same here, thus my reason. I'm in central VA and want to grow, seems like a good way to do it.
