Anyone know what the starting/training salary is for AGLA? Is it an actual salary or a draw off of future commissions? I am considering a switch from real estate to this industry. Any advise is appreciated and well taken.
Also - what questions should I be asking the manager?

Starting salary is about $500 weekly. Also, it is an actual salary.
