You get a bonus based on how much you grow your overall membership with HumanaOne individual health plans.

Here is how it works for GA, IL, MI, TN, and WI:

1. Humana takes a snap shot at your membership as of 9/30/2009. (Members = total lives on the plan family of 4 = 4 members)

2. Humana takes a snap shot at your membership as of 2/1/2010.

3. You get a bonus based on the increase in members between 9/30/2009 and 2/1/2010 according to the following schedule:


$50 for each member if you have 5-10 more members (5 members = $250, 10 members = $500).

$75 for each member if you have 11-25 more members (11 members = $825, etc)

$150 for each member if you have 26-40 more members (26 members = $3,900, etc)

$250 for each member if you have over 41 more members (41 members = $10,250)

There is no limit to the bonus!!!!

If you have 6 policies with 20 total members on 9/30/2009 and you add 15 policies with an average of 3 people per policy (45 additional members), you would earn a bonus of $11,250! That’s as much or more than you would earn on the commission!
