AARP knows that the traditional Medicare way of paying claims isn't sustainable. They really had no other choice, but, to join. The massive migration towards
MA's is pushing all of us away from a really great social benefit now called "Original Medicare". So, by design, little by little, the trend is towards managed care.
HMO or
PPO. The good news is at least there
may be some Care Management.
PFFS will not survive a 10 - 15% cut. Neither will the doctors stand for a cut.
