AMFAM Interview Questions

I am meeting with the Dm tomorrow for the first time. What questions should I be asking him?? I already know its captured agent and so on. SO looking for everything I should be asking them about.

Ask him what percentage of new agents make it more than 2 or 3 years.

Ask him if you are expected to prey on the goodwill of your friends and family to get started.

From some of the agents I have spoken with, AMFAM seems to be pretty straight forward and a better deal than what the agents I spoke with from Farmers, and State Farm have said. Just my two cents.
