Higher private message allowance

As has been requested, I have raised the allowed number of private messages per folder. I tried to raise it to 500, but it seems like only 150 are enabled per folder(An increase from 50) Perhaps Val can help further, but this new allotment should help.

Actually, I think 100 is plenty. They can always be deleted.
