God bless Rep Mark Meadows (NC District 11) and the Freedom Caucus.

Scroll down to page 11 and check out #128. Perhaps our incoming president will deep-six this controversial ruling. Who knows??

Those in opposition should start communicating with the new administration ASAP after 1/20/17!

I had previously contacted the 2017 Trump Transition team at www.greatagain.gov regarding the DOL ruling. I don't know how many people are submitting ideas, but at least it's there.

The ruling and everything is fine... other than the increased exposure to litigation and complaints. And there is already a complaint process with various companies and regulators, regardless of the types of funds being used.

I think we will see level commissions come out of this . . . JMO

Last Friday (Jan. 6) Rep Joe Wilson from SC introduced a new bill intended to delay the scheduled April 10 implementation of the new DOL Fiduciary Rule for 2 full years, which would in essence give the Trump Administration and Republicans time to figure out how to repeal it altogether. Many industry associations have pledged their support. Does this have a decent shot at derailing the DOL Rule? More at this article:
