Fixed Rates on 3 and 5 Yr Products

I am working with an association that has some extra cash on hand and is looking for a 3 or 5 year fixed rate annuity. They will be taking meetings with 2 other agencies, so I want to make sure that we are in the lead, or at least tied.

After Athene rates dropped, The highest that I have found is with Guggenheim (2% on 3 yr 2.6% on 5 yr) through a current FMO that I work with. You guys know of any better rates offered in Arkansas?

Guggenheim Life has a 3 year at 2.1%, 4 year at 2.35%, & 5 year at 2.75%

I just checked the rates on Annuity Rate watch and your half right.

low band is 2.6%
high band is 2.7% ($250k & over)
Not 2.75% like I thought. But I was just going from memory.

Liberty Bankers Life's Bankers Elite 5 is at 3.00% for 5 yrs as of 05.20.2013

However, no free withdrawals.

Their Bankers 5 Premier is at 2.80% for a 5 yr. term. Accumulated Interest may be withdrawn twice a year.
