They use money orders and personal checks so you can't call your credit card company and challenge the fee. Also, the only way you can get back 1/2 of your money is to threaten to sue---even if you only received one lead.

I have done seminars too. They work, but they were becoming less effective and I was going to have to start going further from home, which is also less effective, at least for me

Keep in mind that now you can offer seminars online through podcasts, youtube, and a number of other services out there. You can even do the initial podcast live and distribute the recorded version from your homepage and youtube.

You may not have the person to person contact at an online seminar that you would in a convention hall but once the video is on the net - it's a potential lead building hook for years to come.

You should try our Annuity leads, we've employed more stringent quality control on the leads.
Additionally we dial the leads to remove those with disconnected / non-working numbers.

Annuity Lead Source has gone with the wind. They paid me $250 of the $1000 they owed me. There phone number no longer works and I am sure they will rear their ugly head elsewhere under a different name. AGENTS BEWARE!!! Do not work with the people of Annuity Lead Source!!

I wish I had found this form before I like many wasted money on Annuity Lead Source.

Appt guy tells me how they are anxious to meet me. Fortunately I called ahead to confirm. On the 3 appts I had all were: 1) I never set up the appt, 2) I have no money am without a job or 3) had no idea who I was who what I was talking about.

I see that many of you have had the same experience with ALeadSource as I have. They fail to deliver, plain and simple. I too, have requested a refund. They said they would issue one and did not. I have a formal complaint on file with the BBB. Surprise, surprise, ALS didn't even bother to respond. ALS has pulled their website. They are a total scam and fraud. Does anyone have any additional contact information for the company? Any advice for avenues of collection? I'm like most of you, I am an independent advisor. This money is out of my pocket... and I would like to direct it towards building my business.

I appreciate any advice! Thank you!

I have had a tremendous amount of luck with doing my direct mail lead generation with The Directory,Inc. in TX.
