PFFS plans basically sucked and there was no need for 2
PPO plans. The only difference was one had a $500 deductible and the other a $1000 deductible (can't remember which plan was which). However, to reduce your deductible by $500, you paid a $50 monthly premium. (Yes, $600 paid to the company to save you $500!)
The MSA was a great concept but never worked in California - even by Anthem's admission. I wrote a bunch of people and all but 4 went back to their supps or other plans. Guess I'll be able to write 4 new med supps shortly.
