I know HSBC, Fidelity, RBC Liberty Life and Assurity don't insure over 65. Well, I know Fidelity insures over 65, but its only for $25k. Are there any simplified issue carriers I can get appointed with that will?

Specifically for a 66 y/o looking for $150k 10 year term. I had him approved with HSBC in August, he free looked because of identity theft, funds never were drafted. He wants to re-instate it but he's had his 66th birthday since and you can't re-instate a free-looked policy. He lives in the sticks and refuses to take a medical exam.
