anyone familiar with Health Benefits Direct?

I just saw a commercial from Health Benefits Direct advertising a "quick issue health insurance plan, online app, and licensed agents are waiting to assist you."

Is this a live transfer service like the one JP has been talking about with Vimo or is it something else?

H.B.D, in my opinion and based on experience, are one of the most predatory and flaky companies out there. Even the automated Voice Mails they leave as follow ups are hokey and often times misleading (if not completely untrue!).

I have also heard from clients who first spoke to them some VERY scary tactics and explanations of benefits, etc. They have a big business going for themselves but I find it's easy to get the customer un-interested in them if they have not been turned off already.

They lie a lot and deliberately misquote rates.
