You NAA guys are great and the organization is good for new people but your leaving a lot of commissions on the table. My advice, expand your product base a little. Nothing that would jepordize your contract, but there are several products you can earn from that wont be of conflict. Good Luck to you.

Been there done that it is a host of the owners talking about how much money they made. And how they want you to recruit,recruit,recruit.....So the person they put you under makes Hundreds of Thousands to Millions of Dollars, From Andy to Philip.....I went to two One in N.C and another in Dallas..the convention was great lots of fun...But the cost for leads and your commission to me just doesn't add up.

Well I have to say thats how I was actully induced into the insurance biz. But after I got my first taste of bs leads and wasted over $500 buck while trying to make a career transition I quickly relized that I was headed down a tough path. This has been rehashed a bunch so I wont start a fight but if you want email me and I will get you to someone who will give you mortgage protection contracts with FREE leads and/or 100% right off the bat. Not this 50% bs AND recycled BS a-c leads crap. Sorry..Corona was on sale tonight

I heard the numbers at this last convention were down by 1/3. Maybe people are finally seeing the light.

I know it's not the same event - but I'll be exhibiting at the Agents Alliance Convention in Palm Desert, CA this week. Whether you buy leads or not - come find me for some free Nike Golf balls.

Well as a newbie in this forum, and and old agent coming back in for round 3...maybe a few posts will eventually get me where I can PM..

I was || that close to signing on with NAA, but the agency I was going to sign with hasn't returned my last 3 emails and neither answers the phone.. I thought the NAA had a super program but after no return calls, I got to looking at the posts on this and other forums ...especially about leads.

What I found was appalling ....but nevertheless the way it actually is (reality)...so I made my decision to go with a company with a local office and take an agency.. AGA

I think I can generate my own leads and control that better. I have a good personal lead system for meeting business people all day, every day so I'll stumble across enough to make a good go of it...BUT I still would like to know about those leads if their at least useable.

Any future in just going down to the courthouse and gathering data...and sending your own form?...or is there any good online data sources for public (courthouse) info?

Been a while since I was last in...and hoping to get off to a good start. PM me if you want.. Thanks

There should a rule against people asking questions such as this. It's the entitlement mentality that people want the info to come to them instead of going out and looking for it for themselves. Congratulations to the "No Child Left Behind Act," where we will spoon feed you everything and never expect you to amount to anything.

i thought the idea for this formum was to help other agents and not place derogatory comments about "entitlements". i'm probably the most conservative person i know and would be the last to ask for any handouts from anyone. stop pontificating and either add something of value to the post of go pound sand.
