How about nobody likes attorneys until they need one. I heard that from an attorney once.

thats BS......F&G has ROP's that are cheaper if you go through underwriting and f&g still has a higher rate than an AIG rop fully underwritten......whats your rate on a HC on 500,000 with a 30 year lock on a 45 male....and as far as the "pay more because they can be rated or declined alltogether" is another BS line that they shove down you and your clients throat BECAUSE a persons health is a persons health and all health conditions HAVE to be listed on the application...if they do a paramed or not.....NAA is screwing the public with thier little marketing plan and is deceiving...

that flyer is put out by NAA not an insurance co...(is that what your mgr. just told you)........and try this one on for size....when you put out a flyer like this and you make a reference to a insurance benifit say in this case ....the non~med and rop ...the DOI's require you to put on the flyer the name of the co's giving such benifits.... that mailer is misleading and is in violation of every marketing guidline that the DOI has....and has set you up for the lawsuit.........but thats how NAA rolls and they are the greatest thing since sliced bread.......

Sti,

You may be right. I'm not going to argue this point with you. It just seems to me that if NAA is at 100 million and your correct, they would be getting sued about that already. There pockets are deep enough for plenty of attorneys to go after them on those points. As you already know, I'm less than a year into this so who am I to judge this matter. I'll leave it to the people who know.

Sti,

I don't understand what your meaning was. It could be several things. Can you clarify it please?

I'd like to think you meant it was wise to let others judge this matter since I don't have a lot of experience with the insurance industry yet.

What's rule #2?

How many rules are there?

What will Sti's rules of the industry do for a person?

Rule two is to refer to rule # 1. Ultimately it is up to you to do your own due diligence. Judges and jury's don't care that "you didn't know". You are in the business, therefore, you SHOULD know and will be held accountable.

We are to far off of the subject. Lets try this one more time about the NAA conferance.

Who went there?
They said you will learn the following things at the conferance:

1) How to go from making 37,350 per year to 412,000 per year in the next 12 months.
2) How to make 7 appointments from 10 leads.
3) How to book 17 appointments in 1 hour.
4) How to reduce your overhead by 42%.
5) How to hire an administrative assistant for FREE.
6) How to recruit 3 sub agents in the next 10 days.
7) How to gain appreciation from your client and net 11 referrals at every appointment.

I'd like to hear what they said on how those things are done. Is anyone willing to talk about it please?

I'm not speaking with my upline because I want the answers on this board for everyone to benefit.
If you want everyone to benefit as you say, then why not talk to your upline, get the answers, and then post them here for everyone to read?
