Yes, I have done google searches and read some rather interesting information.
1. You do not lay all snow bricks on a level plain. You instead spiral them upward.
2. You do not want perfect rectangles for the bricks. The inside horizontal edge should be shaved off to form an incline towards the center.
Anyway, anyone actually do it. Need any help I can get.
Thanks.

The Old Way
1) Take snow and make blocks out of it.
2) Continue to stack the blocks in a circular fashion to ensure that structure is stable.
3) Create a smoke chimney if you decide to build a fire pit.
4) Create a crawl hole for you and your children.
5) Get some smores and enjoy a nice family outing in the igloo.
The New Way
1) First hire an architect to ensure that the igloo meets guide.
2) Take drawing down to the city hall for a permit.
3) Obtain a fire license from the local fire marshall.
4) Smores are illegal now and no longer deemed healthy. Only food items allowed in igloo's must be organic.
5) Obtain P/C insurance as required by law.
6) Hire a general contractor to begin building the igloo along with a few sub-contractors who will work 12+ hours a day.
7) Have the building inspector come out 4 times and fail you each time.
8) After spending 9 months on the construction of the igloo you are now able to enjoy it with your family.
