It did sound a little "scamish". You are right, the bottom feeders come on here and I guess they think we just fell off of the turnip truck.

Accept my apologies and consider it your "initiation" to the forum.

It still would be helpful to all if we had more information. For example, I only work the senior market and only "peddle" Med Supp leads. Do you attempt to market to those people? If so how selective can I be in identifying the areas that I am interested in.

I was going to bury him like all of the others, but he secretly offered me 100 free leads. That's all it took for me.

His site is plain, his email address is anonymous and his lead generation methods are old fashioned. I like him.

He gave away a few samples of his work, got himself recognized and endorsed by an established forum member. I'd say his low tech, low key and old fashioned marketing approach worked.

The sharks smelled blood, but left when they saw it was a human, not a seal. I bookmarked him and someday after the busy months ahead I will give him a call and see what he has to offer cuz I hear Jonathan is honest and sells real leads.

Like Rick said, we are tiny, we do all the businesss we can handle most times with the plain ole yahoo addy, I have three addies at the web site,(even one with my name at the start of it) but to be honest, we haven't had to work to get business, so I never seen a problem with using the yahoo one...

Jonathan, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I see you've been having a discussion with a few of the major players here. I want to let you know those leads were/are very good, real people, really looking. They were expecting me to call, thank you. Just to let you know, one of them is having outpatient surgery this month and after a waiting period I will write him. The 2nd guy, good to go! My point is, that these are legitimate leads.
Don't get too upset about the guys here drilling you, they are really looking out for the people here. In my opinion and from everything I've seen you are true blue. Just stay the coarse and these guys will see you for who you are and then they will gladly recommend you. You have to understand, most of us here have heard it all and seen it all, or most of it anyway. We've heard all the promises and had all the let downs. With you, so far, so good...keep up the good work. We need more people like you in the forum and in the industry. I'll be calling you for more leads you can bet on that!!

As for the senior market, no, we do not mess with it much...
We are focussed 99% on Individual Health Insurance...We do a little group marketing, and are starting to play with life a bit...I wish I could help, but haven't marketed the seniors any...
