My meeting was well received and I was able to get a personal one to one with the VP. I showed her all the IT glitches when it comes to uploading SEP docs and made a suggestion that they allow those SEP docs to be faxed in to the girls in AZ office. I also talked about the customer service issues, billing problems, and commission statement debacle. They are working on fixes for all of them. Interesting year for all but it was nice that she took the time to hear the comments from the street. Hopefully we will see some needed change in those areas.
