Home Insurance Question - Accidental Flood

My dad accidentally flooded her townhouse by letting her sink overfill, dumping gallons of water onto her bathroom floor, which then spilled down to the floor below, soaking the ceiling, light fixtures and hardwood floors and carpets.

The accident was caused by throwing items in a sink to clean them off and leaving the water running. Would this be covered under a standard statefarm condo policy.

A remediation company says they need to open up all the walls, dry everything out, replace drywall, and then he'll need to hire a contractor to rip out the hardwood floors, carpet, etc and replace.

What, if anything, would State Farm not cover given that this was a one time accident?
