I'm working for a governmental institution responsible for insurance in general. My manager requested from me to write an article about health insurance. But I don't know how to write something good.
On which topics can I focus?
Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you Allen for your comments. Actually, I found this forum from google and I live and work in Turkey. Sorry for not mentioning it.
So, I need some topics more general about private health insurance but USA health system is something worth to mention as well
