4 Car Pile Up and 2 Claims

I about three weeks ago i was in a four car pile up , I hit someone and the car that hit me was also hit by another truck that started it all. Well that truck that started it all insurance didn't return any of my calls so i used my uninsured motorist policy , Also my daughter had minor injuries, The claim is still open with my Ins. Co., But now i get a call from that other ins. co. What do i do.
