Added Another Car Without a Driver

Hello Reader,
I'm an international student studying at SUNNY UB.i have a lot of financial issues due to my very high international student tuition payments.so I added another car of one of my friends to the insurance since it will lower the insurance and we two could split the insurance.the title of the car is under my friends name.he just bought it a week ago and he added it to my insurance.but I didnt add him as an additional driver since the insurance amount with the additional driver is sky high.
So,if my friend meets up withan accident what will happen?(He is 20 years old)

If your friend is the owner of the car and is not listed on the insurance, he is not covered to drive the car and the insurance company will likely not pay for the damage to either the car or to what he just ran into.

You need to add him as a driver. Yes, it costs more, but that is because it is more risk to the insurance company.

You are liable for anything that happens including a death lawsuit etc. Not a good choice.
