This made me laugh and I had to share.
I emailed a lady her auto application to sign. She emails back a screen cap of the application with the question 'Why is a 1990 Honda Accord listed?'. I review the application and her 2010 Subaru is listed. I review it again, no Honda. What could she be talking about? I scour every detail. Then I see it. No way would she think....but yes, yes she did.
I very politely explain there is NOT a Honda Accord on the policy, the auto application form is called ACORD 90.
At least I know she was reading what she was signing!
