You could try Condon Skelly, they have good rates and I think they allow 2 tickets.

American Collectors is a great company. They are just as competitive as Hagerty. One thing about Hagerty that I noticed is that if the insured has one accident within the last 3 years the premium rate will go up 30 to 40 dollars, whereas American Collectors factors in the accident when you submit the application because you already reported it on the app and the quote amount stays the same.
