A Progressive driver runs a stop sign and hits my Progressive driver, my driver calls in the claim, Enterprise brings her a rental car. No big deal.
A few days later she hands the keys to the rental over to some random neighbor of hers. He runs a light and hits an Avis rental car, the driver of that car was already involved in a previous accident that is why he had a rental.
Now I have 2 rental cars that had to be towed from the scene and one guy with minor injuries/bumps bruises that sort of thing.
Claims hasn't figured out who is paying for what yet.
I feel that if *** number 1 hadn't ran a stop sign, my careless lady wouldn't have had a brand new rental car in her possession in the first place to give they keys to *** number 2 that runs red lights.
