Recently i was in a car accident and filed a claim. I claimed the other guy was at fault. Now he calls me all angry saying that i said i was at fault and changed my story, which i didn't. anyways if he claims i made a verbal agreement with him does it hold up?even though i was never recorded and never signed anything. also i have a 3rd party witness who agrees with my side of the story.

Did you file a claim with your carrier or the other driver's insurance company? If you haven't filed a claim with the other carrier, I would do so. The adjuster(s) will do their fact finding and either accept or deny liability. If you'll share what happened, maybe you'll get a few opinions on who will be determined at fault.

No it does not hold up but will cause a lot of problems if there was no police report as the insurance company will try not to pay out and then they will sue each other, I would talk to your insurance company.
