Insurance with Co-owner

Yes, we were given notice of cancellation. Like I said, my husband has been dragging his feet and has not done what he needs to in order to maintain/obtain insurance coverage.

You don't say anything in your original post about anyone moving. The new Arkansas insurance company could've still insured the out of state cars if they were still registered in Arkansas and you still resided there primarily as his spouse. Regardless, it sounds like the root problem is plain laziness.
