I have recently opened a retail insurance store in a high-risk area. I am in Michigan and the biggest demand is "No-Fault Auto coverage". I am having a hard time getting appointed with carriers and/or finding a general agency to help find my clients the lowest rates. I am currently appointed with Progressive and in talks with many other companies.
Does anyone have any feedback as far as finding a general agency or carrier that will appoint a new agency?
