Hello everyone,
I just switched to 21st century auto insurance and received some documents in the mail. There are 4 forms that need my signature. I am having hard time understanding what these forms actually mean and hoping someone can explain in simple terms.
First form is titled AGREEMENT TO REDUCE UNINSURED MOTORIST COVERAGE.
Second form is titled AGREEMENT TO DELETE UNINSURED MOTORIST COVERAGE.
Third form is titled AGREEMENT TO DELETE UNINSURED MOTORIST PROPERTY DAMAGE COVERAGE.
Last form is titled WAIVER OF COLLISION DEDUCTIBLE.
So what do these forms actually mean for me? And what happens if I do no sign them?
