The information isn't even that great. Yes, it's somewhat true, some of it is incomprehensible. Try figuring the paragraph about checking your policy annually.

Also, no discussion about a homeowners policy is worthwhile without mentioning how losses are calculated - actual cash value vs replacement cost. When shopping around, you should make sure you are comparing them apples to apples.
