Greetings. I need help knowing, with some credible source like Bureau of Labor Statistics, MO DOI, etc, what the average is for the amount of time a client will keep an auto policy with their same agent. If possible, this is for Missouri, and would be great if home policy lifespan was included.
I don't care if you're an awesome agent with 30 years of stats (which would probably be your gut), I need a credible stat I can cite in court.
