Stolen/Recovered Car

Hello..my car was stolen and recovered 12 days after being taken.

The estimate for repairs (so far) is over $11,500 roughly $6000 mechanical & $5500 Body work. I have only had it for about 8 months and my insurance moved forward with repairs (did not deem it totaled).

Am I entitled to recoverable depreciation and/or any loss of use (have been without it for 40+ days - still in shop with no ETA)?

Valet was in the manual, apparently.
