The Court just ruled on the New Haven case. Nothing worse than having the Supreme Court overturn the most important decision you have made in your judicial career and right in the middle of your confirmation hearings.
It wont matter though. She has the votes in the Senate. I guess the white guys must have thought they knew more than the wise Latina- Clarence too.
