I disagree. What we promote is we will make sure you get top commissions - be independent and I specifically list the carriers where advances are available on my site. As you see, I do not list BX.
I knew that was coming. Maybe you should remove the "etc." portion from the list. The rest of the stuff I can agree with.
My only contention is that you are promoting a Lunch & Learn in Georgia and aren't even aware of what's here or how to get contracted with one of the major players in the state. How were you planning on handling those questions especially if it hadn't come up here prior to now? You might also want to get info on Kaiser. They have a great maternity benefit here in Georgia. But you probably already knew that.

Reason: duplication
I outlined the training schedule before anyone signs up for the event - we will not be going over appointments or contracting - that's not what the training session is for. We will also not be going over any carriers, plans or rates.
If I had a session that went over the plans of all the state's carriers it wouldn't be from 10am to 4 - it would be three days.
That being said, it's free training - no catches and no - you don't need to be a member or join so I think what we're offering is a pretty good deal.
If I get hit with questions I can't answer - as I do every day - I research the answer before I provide the answer.
By the way - the food will rock!
Ps: I list "etc" for other carriers that offer advances but they're local, not national carriers. Avalon would be one - Imerica another.

Wouldn't suggest anyone in Florida get involved with these folks.
Got an e-mail from them yesterday that commissions would be paid late again this month, as it has for about six months now. Even worse: they lie about it. Bad news.
Thankfully I have a very tiny block with them...

Because BX business tends to stick longer than with other carriers, it works to an agents benefit. This is particularly true when they go stupid, like they have in the past, and write anyone with a pulse.
I do what is best for the client irrespective of the compensation. I'm sure you do as well . . .
Contact them directly, or if you need additional assistance please feel free to contact me.
What sort of assistance can you provide relative to getting appointed with BCBSGA? From your flag, it looks like you're in Alabama? Are you a GA with BCBSGA?
Color me suspicious, but your posts look like you are trying to get your post count up so you can try to sell us something...
