BCBS GA in N FL

I remember reading some posts a month or so ago about a BCBS GA in N FL that you would not want to do business with. Could anyone PM me and shed some light on which GA this would be? Thanks.

That may be one out of Jacksonville or the big bend area.

Yes, I believe they are out of Jacksonville. I just got approached by one and I'm just trying to make sure that they are not the one everyone was saying not to do business with.

I don't know the name of the person everyone said to watch for, but it is in that general area.
