Non qualified. Doesn't need funds, would be for wealth transfer. Not healthy enough for SPWL.

About $40k. What would be best annuity for commission and product for client?

How about an allianz product with the death benefir rider that increases the annuity by 28% to help pay the tax bill upon death???

What is the age requirement on that rider with Allainz product there annuitseller?

American National - BenchMark 500 Ten SE may work. You can do up to a 5-8% up front bonus on it and it has a death benefit that credits to the day of death and not the previous anniversary like other FIA products. It goes up to age 85 so the age won't be a problem either.

You can get it thru Legacy.
