I agree with Arnguy though, the best policy is the one you just bought that is valid and covers the situation that just came up.

You can then cancel it till the next time a situation might arise.

What time zone is he in, that he has a 3:30PM time stamp? I didn't think they allowed internet access in N. Korea.

Yeh.

Actually I used to do a lot of thinking then I found out that that was a CMS violation so I have toned it down a bit.
