Best marketing plan for Worksite Supplemental             Go to Top

I have been with AGLA for a few months and after cold calling many businesses and getting little results, I have retreated back to the board here for some much needed advice. What is actually the best way for me to get the much needed 15 minute interview with the HR person for supplemental benefits? Should I continue to call by phone, start dropping by in-person, or another method I have not thought of yet that might be successful. I really like to concentrate on the Accident and Life products since those are our best...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks..

Most people are either more comfortable with a telemarketing call or a walk-in. My suggestion is to build a weekly regiment that includes both. Also, it is very important that you have a solid business plan to follow and a mentor to help guide you. Good luck!
