I am looking to sit down with a young motivated health agent in Boise ID. I am in town for the rest of the week setting up a call center for a long time mortgage and realestate client. If you are in Boise, motivated and able to go to 3-5 appointments per day we would like to meet with you.

Good lord moon....I am trying to set an agent up with a career move here and all you have to say is something negative. Am I making any money if they come work for this company....NO! I am simply setting up a long time mortgage client with a call center. Since he has 6 reps and an extra 30-45 minutes in his call schedule he is looking to fill that slot with a local agent. For the right person this could start their career or enhance it quite a bit. Moon, Despite your negativity towards me (without ever meeting me I might add) I will continue to try and help members of this board. I am a marketing professional and I can help many people in many ways.

It's a violation of EEO laws and rules to advertise that you are seeking someone who is "young". Age discrimination.

I'm not hiring them and your right to be honest they don't have to be young....just motivated. This is a lead sharing program not a hiring campaign! Age has no bearing on the person if they know insurance and are motivated to go on as many appointments as we can throw at them. Maybe I should have said new agent so they may have more time. Not sure if that is even correct term. Basically we just need a Boise agent that can write some serious volume. Thanks for the post.
