First, it's selling not saling.

My favorite all-time book is "Smart Salespeople Sometimes Wear Plaid"

It's an oldie but a goodie and I'm sure you can buy it used for less than the price of a Happy Meal.

Any of the Zig Ziglar books are good. Lots of good newer books but they are usually just reworded versions of the old classics.

Frank Bettger's How I Raised Myself From Failure To Success In Selling is an old book by a life insurance salesman.

Just about anything by Tom Hopkins is good. Todd Duncan's books look good too, but I haven't gotten around to reading them yet.

Gawd, that Tommy Hopkins, Zig Ziglar manipulative stuff is so '80's.

For something a little more contemporary try High Probability Selling by Jacques Werth, or Spin Selling by Neil Rackham.

Spin Selling is an awesome book! I recommend: Questioned Based Selling also.
