This is the cheapest that I have found it. This can cover other companies also.

Go to the Blue Shield of Ca website. Sign up as an agent and you will be required to either 1) provide e&0 or 2) enroll through them in their sponsored program (same as Blue Cross).

Annual cost is $460. Alternatively, join www.ihiaa.com and once you're a member, you can get e&o through CNA.
