Can anyone recommend an ins. website-in-a-box?

I'm going to get a new domain for health insurance sales and instead of hiring a web person to design a site I thought I'd see if anyone can recommend a 'site-in-a-box' where you buy all the files and load them to your server, make a few customizations, and you're up and running quickly (I'm rather technical so I can do this.)

This is good for for people without their own server... but I have a dedicated server I pay about $2K a year for as we run Jaya123 on it ( http://www.jaya123.com ). Thus I don't want a hosted solution since I already have the server. Plus, their monthly rates are a bit much IMO.
