Can anyone tell me if a bad credit history such as charged off accounts, delinquent accounts, and judgements will prevent companies from appointing your agency to sell their product. If so are there any companies that are more lenient than others

In my state - MA, yes, you can.

But...you'll have a helluva time dealing with a couple of rejections before someone accepts to appoint you.
