The Part B premium to Medicare of $96.40 will remain the same for 2009. The welcome to Medicare physical will no longer be subject to the Part B deductible but they will have the 20% copay, also they have 12 months to get the physcial rather than 6 months. Mental services will now be paid at 80% rather than 50%. These were just some of the changes

Part D Benefits for 2009

Deductible $295
Initial Coverage Limit $2700
Total out of pocket to get out of gap $4350
