Chinese (Mandarin) Lead in California

One of my customers in Texas is moving to California and would like to explore options. He does speak English but preference is Chinese (mandarin). We do speak mandarin (my wife) however we are not licensed in California.

He is only interested in reputable carriers such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield, HeatlhNet, Aetna, etc., etc.,

If anyone on the board speaks Mandarin let me know - he has been a great client for many years, and I want to make sure he is taken care of.
